Meke is a Fijian traditional dance of the indigenous people of Fiji where men, women & children participate together in this entertaining tradition. It is a combination of dance & repetitive rhythmic chanting that tells the stories of everyday life, ancient gods and the battles won. Some dances are performed seated while some standing.
