This yin style of yoga compliments any type of physical activity especially surfing/Sup and is a great way to balance out the yang in our everyday lives.

Acro Yoga

In acro yoga, you learn to support others, and in turn you learn to allow others to support you. Acro yoga forces you to trust your body, as well as your partner entirely. The practice involves physically moving another person and vice versa, which requires both total engagement and complete release at times. You will learn to take control by letting go.

Meditation

Be guided through various meditation techniques and promote a more peaceful internal environment making space for healing, creativity, stillness, intuition, and connection. Meditation is the most effective way to cultivate a happy life. Learn how to transcend the ego and start to quieten the busyness of the mind.
